Quick to deduct premiums, slow to refund.
As an insurance company, very good, but I cancelled our policy on the 15th of December and they still debited my account on the 2nd of January, causing other debit orders to be returned unpaid. The reason for the 2 stars is the fact that i have not been refunded as yet.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and please accept our apologies that your policy wasn't cancelled in December as requested. We understand that you sent your cancellation request to your broker in December, however, they never forwarded this to us until 5 January, by which time we'd already collected your premium.
However, we have since cancelled your policy, backdated to your requested date and arranged for your refund from our Finance team. You should receive this in your bank account within 3 to 5 working days.
