Quick to debit account, but never around to help
Hi

I had an incident on the 11 of March 2016, where a truck bumped into me and now the company refuses to pay for my car.

I have asked Discovery as my insurer to assist me with getting them to pay, but I have received NO RESPONSE.

However, on the 1st of April 2016, my debit order will go off without fail. Please help me understand?

What is the point of paying someone that will not even help you in time of need.

As advised, you need to log a claim first and once the claim is logged only then we may commence with the excess recovery process. This is subject to the third party accepting liability.
