Quick, knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly
I misunderstood the portion payable by myself and sent a mail for clarification. Neo called me within 5 minutes, explained patiently and was extremely helpful to process my claim and book a rental vehicle while my car will be in for repairs. <br> Very impressed! Thank you Neo & Discovery!
