Quick, hassle free claims process

I had the unfortunate task of having to lodge an insurance claim. While playing around with the discovery app, I came across the self service option, where I could submit a claim. I decided to try it out and submitted the necessary information. I received feedback almost instantaneously. Arrangements were smsed to me, regarding meeting with an assessor ect. A few days later, I received a call from Khumo Maruping. He was the consultant addressing my claim. He was polite, informative and most importantly well informed. He knew how to do what needed to be done and kept me up to speed at all times. I barely needed assistance from my broker as all aspects where handled painlessly. Over all, I am very pleased with discovery insure. I wish the medical aid aspect could be as streamlined as this.
