Quick and Hassle free claim process

We had a little accident where our entrance gate was damaged to the extent that the gate couldn't open. Mr. Riaan Whitney was assigned to the claim and within a day a contractor came out to partially repair the gate to enable us to exit the property with our car. He kept me informed and up to date the whole time and the following day, he informed me that the claim was approved and that they will be replacing the gate and accessories.
