Quick and Efficient Assistance

I called Discovery Insure to cancel my existing policy due to very bad experience. Shamanie Pillay was very efficient in the way that she assisted. She showed empathy and handled the entire situation very professionally (It could have gone very ugly .. very quickly..If handled differently)
