Query on incorrect premium reduction for lockdown period- May km's

Never had a problem with Discovery and quite happy with the services on offer, would just like to know why the 25% reduction on my insurance premium was not actioned on my June premium for KM travelled in May ( km was below 250km). Recieved communication that this will be in play until lockdown continues but only received a reduction under 15%.
