Query not answered

This is my second review about an issue raised earlier. 18th may was when I asked them about a damaged tyre which needed replacing . Automated replies was all I got until I did my first review. They did phone me on Friday and agreed to call me on Monday. This has yet to happen. It is now Thursday 9th June. The original query was asked on 18th May. Maybe there is something wrong with Discoveries financial position. They should give good service before fixing potholes
