I have had a claim on 11 sep and to this day my car is not back yet. The claim was authorised 7 days after the accident which is long. And then its now awaiting parts because discovery does not allow the use of new parts, I cannot even get a courtesy car as discovery sent it to ross champion which doesnt have any available how convenient. at this point I dont think I will even get my car back. Discovery is by far the worst insurer most selfish ever and I am submitting an application for assistance from the ombudsman for short term insurance. my I.d no is ***.
