Queries just not resolved

Despite 2 logged calls in January and a Hello Peter complaint in May - NOTHING ! DO not phone me - send me an email and I will email you the details of my issue. I am so glad I left you. if this is not resolved I will register it with the Ombudsman as you are affecting my credit score with what you have done.
