Quality service in Retention department by Fundiswa Loza

This is a thank you to Fundiswa Loza at Retention department of Discovery Insure. It’s unfortunate that I still had to cancel my policy after she tried by all means to accommodate my financial situation. She was very patient and knowledgeable in providing advise to help me reduce my premiums during these tough economic times of COVID 19, and at the same time still get the benefits of being covered by one of the Best Car insurance providers in South Africa , Discovery Insure.
