Putrid service

I've received phone calls from an agent by the name of Tumelo harassing me everyday requesting to run a quote for me, I eventually made a huge sacrifice of canceling my meeting to hear him out. I really regret wasting my 25 minutes that I would've ideally used in my meeting and driving my business forward. He last called me on the 18th advising that he'll call me back with my quote as it had to undergo underwriting, I myself am a damn Insurance Manager and understand the industry with all intricacies involved. I was keen on moving my entire insurance portfolio over if the introduction into the business was great as I've started with a cheque account, guess I'll have to start shopping around for a new medical aid too not cut all ties with Discovery if this is how 1 is treated.
