Purple insure.what a waste of time so is Discovery Insure

Since 9Mar25. Had no power. Lodged claim 10mar25. Today, 12mar25, i am still sitting without power. And by the looks of things im going to not have power this weekend too. Discovery doesnt care, Nor assist. The claim handler has not even called me since claim was lodged! No temporary safety, no temporary power. Just me calling and trying to follow up and calling in. I have no idea what is going on on my claim. I dont even know who is handling it. I am so unhappy i moved insurance to discovery. I hate not knowing or just being helpless like i have been for the past week!! Not Even to mention all my food is off seeing that its hot and i have been without power for so long!! And when you call the call centre their words are" you have insurance for that"
