Punished for no claims

After multiple claim free years, we received a letter stating our insurance premium will be increasing "based on the likelihood that we are going to claim". Having spent so much time and effort to get the "rewards" they advertise (only to have to call them again and again for the rewards not showing and then have them cut those rewards to the bone in 2020) AND also paying an extremely high premium (R2000 for 2 x 2008 model vehicles) AND then to receive this letter, we have decided to move to another insurer for HALF the premium.
