Prudence Mabjana

I recently had a bit of back and forth with Discovery and ended up talking to the wonderful Prudence Mabjana and her manager Siya Mdlalose. Prudence is an absolute gem!!! She took the time to listen to my grievances, then explained every aspect of what I had not understood regarding my insurance, and further advised me how to make the most of the vitality drive features. All my concerns were resolved and I am feeling good to be remaining a client.

***The only thing I would ask is for the system development team to add a feature to flag special requests from the client on their profiles. Due to the nature of my work, I cannot always take calls during normal work hours. Each time I ask that this gets noted and I be contacted via email to schedule a call, further notes get made on my profile and this one simple yet ESSENTIAL request gets completely missed (which results in me becoming a nasty client).
