Provided me with false information

When I took out the car insurance with discovery, I also in that insurance opted for the option whereby if my car is booked in for repairs or I gets ******, I will get a courtesy vehicle, at no extra cost. To my surprise today now that my vehicle has to be booked in, I find that I have to pay R1200 for car rental, something I was never told about initially when I took out the insurance. And my car was assessed last week and only today when I email Ziphora does call me to tell me she requested a sketch from me with a little story of what happened and that's all she's waiting for from me, but I never received such until her call a while back.<br> I expected better service than this.
