Prompt Response to an emergency

I had an emergency of geyser burst. I phoned discovery Insure and they promptly sent an assessor who arrived within 20 minutes. The assessor discovered that the geyser burst. They promptly sent pictures of the geyser and stained ceiling to Discovery Insure. Discovery Insure also promptly approved that a new geyser must be installed.
