Prompt and efficient service

The power supply on my Mackie mixing desk blew (I'm in East London). Local experts were unable to fix it so it went to the agents in Jo'burg who confirmed the failure, suspecting a power surge to be the cause. It was well over a month before hearing the verdict that it was irreparable and the model has been discontinued. Within 2 days of contacting Discovery Insure I received the positive feedback that my claim was successful and an immediate solution was proposed. The Discovery contact person was pleasant and efficient and at no stage was there a hint of contesting the validity of my claim (I did furnish comprehensive evidence up front).
