Prompt and efficient response from Discovery Insure

I got into my car this morning and found the battery flat due to under-use during the Lockdown. We initially tried to jump-start the car without success. I then contacted Discovery Insure and William took the call. He called back in 10 minutes advising that a contractor was on the way. The contractor then called me and arrived 21 minutes after my initial call and helped to charge the battery with a more powerful booster. Simonson followed up 45 minutes later to confirm that the battery was boosted and working. We appreciated their excellent response.
