Promises made by discovery… fells like a **** ……..

I was called so many time by discovery to change my insurance coz they are are the best, after I changed and my premium went off, I never had a call from them with instructions on how to save on fuel or the driving points.******* What’s worst is that they took my premiums and never bothered to call me to say I needed to do a pre inspection on the car. So they took my money and didn’t bother about me as a customer . I feel ****** as as if this was ****. I was told to sign n they will cancel my old insurance and they would make sure I didn’t get debit on both insurances bt I did n sorted it out my self.

I dnt know wat the pre inspection has to do with my car being total Smashed n wrecked and it was reported . It’s so easy to take Money , call us and bug us whole day to take the insurance bt failure to pay out and treat the customer terrible.

How can collect my debit and yet not call Me and tell me to take the car for pre inspection. Or advise me on how to get the fuel card or driving points.

I am a stage 5 kidney failure patient and on dailysis 3 times per weak. Now I dnt have transport and this is affecting my health badly .
