promises being made and not kept

Our claim was now escalated 3 times with no results. We keep getting promises that our claim will be paid according to one of the quotes that we had to send a week ago. <br> <br> This claim is now going for the third week and we still do not have our replacement computer. The computer was a custom build gaming computer that could not be replaced by the figure that Mango rated the replacement.<br> <br> Discovery promised that they would settle the claim according to one of the quotes that we had to send. In the meantime i have no computer to work on at home and my old computer was also taken.<br> <br> I honestly cannot recommend discovery as a proper insurance company to anyone.
