Promised Fuel Rewards Not Paid

After unsuccessfully trying to engage with Discovery Insure customer care (WRefNo#***#- -MailRef#***#) I will place the following on record.<br> 1. My promised fuel rewards for February were not paid eventhough I travelled 3700+ km and filled up and swiped all my fuel transactions with my Discovery Insure card. The promised fuel back should be in excess of R200<br> 2. Discovery are insisting that I never swiped my card because there system is not registering any fuel spend.<br> <br> The glitch is obviously on there system and yet I as the customer is getting *****ed. I still get billed to be on the driving rewards program eventhough they do not pay the fuel rewards. Furthermore, there customer care is non-existent and probably the most unhelpful in the insurance industry. I am utterly disgusted and recommend to everyone out there to steer far clear of Discovery Insure. <br> <br>
