Promise to call and never did

I requested on the Discovery website for a call back eventually after 3 days I receive a call from Lerato. She called while I was driving and I advised her to call after 10 minute as I would have reached my destination. She advised she wont be able to because she is going on training. I asked her if she can get someone else to call me then. She had an attitude about the whole thing as if I was expected to speak to her then as she has already called. I don't even think she asked anyone to contact me. The next thing I get an email from Discovery telling me they called and it wasn't a suitable time for me and I must call them back.<br> <br> This is not the kind of service that customers pay for!!!
