Promise Kept
The battery on my car was flat and I phoned Discovery Road Side Assist for the first time. My call was answered by Jade Matjeke who promised someone would be with me to jump start my car in about half an hour and she would call to make sure I was sorted out. The Service truck arrived within the half hour and helped to start my car. I then went for a drive to charge the battery and 10 minutes after the Service truck left Jade phoned to ask if I had been helped and my car was running again. Thank you Jade for your efficient service along with your colleague from the Service truck (sorry didn't get his name).
