Professsional Conduct

I was assisting a friend with a TP approach against Discovery Insure. The consultant Themba ,dealing with the matter, never returned our calls or responded to emails. After many frustrating calls, I managed to get hold of his colleague Robyn Job said she would pass a message to Themba to contact us, which he didn't do. Robyn Job then assisted us and sent us the required documents we needed to sign. Robyn's professional conduct and assistance was really appreciated. Robyn is truly an asset to her company.
