Professional timeously service

I recently lost my iPhone on a Friday evening. I had to wait for the Monday to report it to get the ITC and Police case numbers. I spoke to Charlen Davids on Tuesday afternoon and mentioned that I need to use my phone for business and it is quite urgent to get it replaced. Charlene went out of her way to get everything resolved before the easter holidays and my claim was approved on the Thursday, which is only two working days.
