I needed a flatbed to transport my vehicle to the mechanic. Aretha handled my call with professionalism & the most efficient manner, I have experienced in a long time. She arranged everything for me, took the time to call me back to give me details of the driver, as well as an expected time of arrival, and then double-checked the towing company had arrived and collected my vehicle timeously ... Thank you Aretha & Discovery Insure!!! I'm SUPER impressed!!!
