Professional roadside assistance

My car broke down right in the middle of a very busy intersection in Cape Town. I called Discovery Insure, and got Brandon Pillay on the line. Brandon was very professional, called me immediately back when our line dropped and followed up on the details of the tow truck company when it was arranged.
