I contacted the call centre for assistance with regard to a flat tyre. A gentleman called Willie Scholtz attended to me. He outlined the options, seeing that it was quite late. I chose to have someone come to my home and have the tyre replaced with my spare. He sent someone from Fispos Towing. They came soon after and changed the tyre. I was impressed with Willie Scholtz because he did a follow up call to check if they did come and whether I was happy with the service from them. Often people just put you in touch and they don't follow up to check whether someone did come or not and whether the client is happy or not. He certainly put the client first.
