I called Discovery Insure to update my details and get a quote for Household Content Insurance. I guess it was my lucky day because I had Michelle on the phone and she was very helpful. What made the call special was her friendliness, her ability to make me feel welcome. Some call centre staff make you feel like you are wasting their time and kind of rush you but with Michelle it was quite the opposite.<br> <br> So thumbs up to Michelle, keep it up.<br> <br> PS: I took the policy thanks to her.
