Professional and Efficient Service
Despite the theft of my bicycle occurring between Xmas and New Year when most people were on leave, my claim was handled expediently and approved in full. Thanks to Boitshepo Baitsile for the efficient and professional manner with which she handled the claim. Once she had the information she needed, it took no time to settle the claim.
