Procrastination of Unauthorized Debits - Refund

<p>I moved my car home and cell phone insureance to Discovery and specifically insttsuted that my policy be actuvated on the 1st August 2016 - debit orders were proposed on my account on the 1st July. My reason for thi is that I am still covered by Miway and Outsurance till the 1st August. <br /><br />I've received the following ref's numbers and NO feedback regrading the reimbur*****t of unpaid megatype chargers to my account as Discovery Insure debitors went off 3 times and were returned upaid on all 3 ocassions. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have tweeted, send a compliant to the copliant department but it seems I'm just being forwarded around till some is competent to handle this issue. Consultants have advised that thye've sent thru my details to accounts but I have NOT received any feedback!! </p>
