Processing of insurance claim

The 4th of June 2015 somebody broke into my home and stole some valuables. I reported the crime to Discovery insure, Phumla Magagula, which assisted me through this claim process. <br> In the next few days I submitted all quotations, proof of ownership and police reports. Within two weeks she gave me feedback regarding the payment options - vouchers and cash payment. There was a problem with the Makro voucher, where she did go the extra mile in order to sort it out over a weekend. <br> Phumla was very efficient and had a great attitude during the whole process especially in the beginning when I just randomly forward all information she required. <br> Thank you again Phumla for your assistance.<br>
