Problems with sms response with DQ tracker

I was having problems receiving sms responses when tracking my car since the DQ tracker was installed. I called several times and everybody that I have spoken to before kept on saying it was not activated and they all gave me different hours as to when it will be active. I then called on the 28th of May and spoke to Dheashan Padayachee and he told me that it was not activated and he will activate it and I should check after 30 minutes. When I checked after 30 minutes it was working and he even called me to double check if all was working. This I never received from any other agent. The only person who offered good customer service and knew what he was doing is Dheashan.
