Thanks for getting involved in my complaint it was unbelievable how quickly a problem can be solved it was outstanding maybe just one request make sure staff is capable to take on claims for an example you advertise when a lady bumps her fancy car takes a cellphone picture and whow claim is approved I damage a rim and get instructed to travel almost 50km and in traffic more than a hour to a assessment centre I obviously refused but your service was outstanding thanks a mill
