Problems cancelling insurance
I cancelled my Discovery Insure policy on 13 February 2015 and despite following up the policy is still active in May 2015, with the monthly debit orders going off every month since. I received no feedback on why the cancellation was not done, and lodged another call today. Fingers crossed it goes through this time.<br> <br> Poor service Discovery!
