Prince Going Above and Beyond
Had a fantastic interaction with Prince Sibiya Yesterday, I had a very complex issue to resolve after 17:00 yesterday, instead of being rushed away so he could go home prince was very patient and ensured my query was handled to my satisfaction and that is the difference between a transformational employee and a transactional employee
