I called Discovery Insure to cancel my policy. I chatted with Kirk De Sai from the retentions department. Kirk was extremely pleasant and took some time to understand why I was cancelling. He then explained to me a number of different options which I could choose from if I stayed with Discovery. Kirk did very well to try to keep me as a customer. Kirk provided an excellent service and is definitely an asset to the Discovery team.
