I phoned to cancel my insurance with Discovery Ensure. I got transferred to Sharmanie Pillay in the retention's department. She offered me a discounted rate, to my current rate, never mind the anniversary increase that was supposed to be effective from 1st October. As well as adjusting my policy to make it work for me, upgrading the loan car etc. Also offered peace of mind regarding the credit shortfall, which some companies staff clearly are not sufficiently trained on. In addition, my husband is in fact going to get a quote with Discovery Ensure.
