Thank you Rekha Jackdave, for your patience and professionalism you had whilst dealing with my query. When I called I was very frustrated with my premium increase and I was ready to go to an opposition insurer. Not only did she explain my current situation, which definitely highlighted that the Increase was valid and reasonable but she also went way out of her way to still reduce my premium. You are awesome, it feels great to have a positive feedback and thank you for making me feel valued and important!
