Pricing Challenge

On the 02 July 2015 I requested a quotation from Discovery Insure as I was purchasing a new car. I received a price from Discovery Insure which was comparative but a competition gave me a better offer. I remembered that Discovery Insure said that if I get a better offer I should submit it to them as they can beat that offer. On submitting the offer I was assisted by Yvonne Hooman from customer retention who gave me great assistance and I retained by policy with Discovery Insure. Thanks Yvonne for your help because I was happy with Discovery Insure but I could not stay at all costs. You made my decision to stay very easy.
