What a pleasure dealing with Mr Mathibedi Chueu from the Retentions department. Had i not spoken to him, I would by now have already looked for a new insurance company. Mr Mathibedi, a true example of a person with quality of patience, understanding and speaking with respect to his client. A call that started with frustration ended with joy.
