Shamanie Naidoo from the Retentions department was very helpful and efficient - I needed to terminate my policy as I was leaving the country and she not only answered all my questions and sorted me out over a quick call, she also made sure to cover potential issues I hadn't thought of to make sure all was sorted out in the best way possible for me.
