I received very good service from Discovery Insure for 2 years, and had to cancel mt plan as my situation changed. Kirk De Sai from the Retentions department helped me to make this experience very smooth. Usually insurance companies have good service to onboard you, but to cancel a plan is usually bad. I must say that Discovery had good service not only when it they got the benefit, but had good service throughout.
