Called in discovery to inquire about changes on my policy which led to drastic changes and I didn’t give the broker the consent, she just sent me FAIS documents asked me to sign and return them back, And I saw my premium were very high then Saturday I called to cancel my policy told Shamaine Pillay my story she has been very helpful we reviewed my policy and she gave me the best quote and I am more than happy. She said they will refund me the difference latest Monday
