I had conversation with Ebrahim Doolabh in passing in relation to our cover and benefits. He discussed with me he can allow one of his consultants to contact me and discuss a more suitable plan from his Retention team. Shamanie Naidoo called me and we discussed a more tailored plan which suits our needs. Ebrahim then allocated some discount to our plan which Shamanie explained along with all the changes made.
