Outstanding service from a consultant named Presha Kassen. I am not a customer with them and was involved in an accident with one of their insured drivers. Answered all my questions on once go. Was polite and so damn knowledgeable. Even emailed me whilst on the phone to ensure that I have received the documents. Well done, keep up the good work.
