Premium Reviee

I have been insured with Discovery Insure from 2017 up to 2020 I have had a claim with them it was processed without hassles . After the vehicle was repaired they called to ask if I was happy with repair work . I responded that I was happy because the work was fine . I left them because I got a cheaper offer with another Company I informed them, they reviewed their premium and lowered the premium . I informed the other Company that had offered me a better price they lowered theirs too, I again informed Discovery Insure but did not respond early enough I presumed they had lost interest in matter I then confirmed with the New Company that I was joining them. Then Discovery Insure came a week later to make another premium review which was also reasonable but I had already confirmed to the New Company so I could not take their offer but was reasonable.
