Premium Overcharge and Increase

I spoke to one of their re*****ion agent on the 23rd of December 2019. His name is Gift.I was complaining about my 20 January 2020 being high and i could not afford it. We worked on it and we managed to decrease it from +/- R2300 to +/- R2000. This was after i changed my address , i now stay in Roddeport , i used to stay in Mfuleni, in the Western Cape. Ofcouse there is lesser risk in the Surburbs than in the location. It made sense that my premius decreases. Today which is the 2nd of January 2020, Gift comes back to me and denies everything. Stating that my premium increased from R1900 to R2000 because of the changed of the risk address . And that it will be R2300 on the 20th of January 2020. I am confused and angry. This does not make sense at all.

i was also overcharged on the 20th of December 2019. R2088 was deducted from my account instead of R1900. I need to be refunded
