Premium increasing for the same policy plan with no claims

Good day

We received an email stating our car insurance premium will be increased from 1 September 2019 due to a million reason even though the value of ojr cars depreciated.

I phoned discovery today to reevaluate our cars as this information is in the email.

I put on hold for 10 minutes and the agents got back to me and said unfortunately they cannot assist and I may call the cancelation department if we want to switch to a different nsurer as per my question.

My question is we did not make any claims for the year so why are you willing to incresse out premium for no reason.

Discovery is supposed to be the best insurer bit now it seems as you just want to make money of us.
